It is an organophosphorus and synthetic insecticide, it works by potent inhibition of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, after feeding on a treated plant or crawling over a treated leaf, the pest is first paralyzed and then quickly dies.An insecticide/miticide, profenofos is a restricted use pesticide used solely on cotton, to control the tobacco budworm, cotton bollworm, armyworm, cotton aphid, whiteflies, spider mites, plant bugs, and fleahoppers.Combines profenofos and cyclimethrin. Damages neurological systems of pests. Provides immediate pest control with Cypermethrin action.
Profex Super is an insecticide that contains 40% profenofos and 4% cypermethrin
