Tata Metri is a 70% WP formulation of Metribuzin. It is a selective herbicide used to control annual grasses and many broadleaf weeds. Tata Metri is used as pre- and post-emergence herbicide recommended for use in Wheat, Soybean, Potato, Tomato & Sugarcane.Selective systemic herbicide, absorbed predominantly by the roots and also by the leaves with translocation in the xylem. It acts by inhibiting photosystem II of photosynthesis by disrupting electron transfer.

- It effectively controls Phalaris minor in wheat, which has developed tolerance to most of the herbicides, in addition to other grasses and broad-leaved weeds.
