This cultivar can also be grown in the garden, it has clumps of fuzzy reddish-purple flowers that are very beautiful. They remind me of the annual flowering plant celosia. As microgreens, amaranth is easy to grow.
Preparation: Fill a shallow tray with a soilless growing medium such as coco coir or peat moss.
Sowing: Scatter Amaranthus red seeds evenly over the surface of the medium.
Covering: Lightly press the seeds into the medium and cover with a thin layer of soil.
