Step-by-Step Growing Process:

1. Preparing the Growing Medium
Soak the coco coin in water until it expands completely.

Mix the expanded coco coin with compost to create a nutrient-rich growing medium.

Spread this mixture evenly in the rectangular plate, ensuring a 1-2 cm layer.

2. Sowing the Seeds
Evenly scatter the wheatgrass microgreen seeds over the surface.

Lightly press the seeds into the growing medium without covering them with soil.

3. Watering & Germination (2-4 Days)
