All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

1. Seed Starting:
Timing: Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last expected frost.
Medium: Use a good quality seed-starting mix or compost.
Sowing:
Sow seeds very shallowly, about 0.5 to 2 cm (1/5th to 1 inch) deep.
Drop seeds into shallow holes in the soil surface and cover lightly with more mix.
Keep the soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged.
Warmth: Provide a warm environment (around 20-25°C or 65-70°F) for germination.
Consider using a heat mat or placing the seed tray near a warm window.
Light: Once seedlings emerge, provide them with bright, indirect light.
2. Transplanting:
Timing: Transplant seedlings outdoors after the last frost and when the soil is warm (around 18-21°C or 60-65°F).
Spacing: Space plants 60 cm (2 feet) apart in rows, with 45 cm (1.5 feet) between plants in the row.
Soil: Ensure the soil is well-drained and rich in organic matter.
Sunlight: Choose a sunny location (at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day).
3. Ongoing Care:
Watering: Water regularly, especially during dry periods, but avoid overwatering.
Fertilizing: Apply a balanced fertilizer as needed, following package instructions.
Pest and Disease Control: Monitor plants for pests and diseases and take appropriate action if needed.
Harvesting: Harvest chillies when they reach the desired size and color.
Sunlight: Chilies need a lot of sun to grow big and strong.
4. Specifics for Pyramid Banjara:
Variety: Pyramid Banjara is a hybrid chilli variety known for its high yield and good virus tolerance.
Fruit: It produces long, green chillies that turn bright red when ripe.
Pungency: The chillies are highly pungent, similar to Chilli Jawala.
Flowering: Expect heavy flowering, so ensure ample fertilizer is provided.
Seed Rate: Use a seed rate of 100-120 g/acre.
Germination Time: Germination typically takes 7-10 days.
Harvest Time: Harvest green chillies 65 days after transplanting.
Soil: Well-drained, black to medium clay loam soil with a pH of 6 to 6.5 is ideal.
